I've been called the skill-builder and insight igniter who prepares and helps managers to build their own management and leadership legacy from day one. 

 

I've worked with managers at all levels, across a range on industries, such as aviation, shipbuilding, oil and gas, telecomms, education and finance. 

 

I have diverse experiences influenced by having been in program, project and management roles and lived in Germany, outback Queensland, the United Arab Emirates and now living in Sydney, Australia.

 

In my speaking, training and coaching I am a straight-talker and that flows into my writing: a no-fluff policy is preferred.
